Shocking: Rat Spotted Eating Open Food At IRCTC Stall In Viral Video

In a shocking incident, rat were filmed eating food kept at the Itarsi Junction railway station in Madhya Pradesh, raising concerns over food hygiene and security provided to passengers. The incident came to light after a video surfaced online, showing the wild animal slowly walking towards a plate full of food and utensils placed on the floor of an IRCTC stall.

The viral video, shared by a railway enthusiast and Train wale bhaiya named Saurabh, has attracted attention on social media, with employees expressing regret over the lack of hygiene checks at home. food market station. In the video, a large number of food inspectors can be seen with no one around, asking questions about the quality and safety of food products. Saurabh, who shared the horrifying video, urged people to check hygiene before eating food from vendors at the port. Expressing caution, he said he personally avoids eating from such establishments. The video was uploaded with a funny caption that read, “Rats in the IRCTC Food Inspection Service.”

Railway authorities were quick to respond to the viral video. The Railway Seva handle, on Sunday, assured users that the incident is being investigated, and necessary action will follow from the Bhopal Division of the West Central Railway. The Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of the said division also commented, stating that the “matter is being notified to concerned officials” to ensure prompt action is taken to address the issue.

This marks another instance in a series of incidents involving rats infiltrating food items. Recently, a video has gained widespread attention, showcasing a man preparing puris. In the footage, the individual is observed frying puris in a pan placed on the floor, adopting an unhygienic approach to the cooking process. Despite being engrossed in his task, a shift in the camera angle reveals the unsettling presence of large rats freely roaming around. To add to the concern, one rat is even captured moving across the vessel containing the flour used for making puris.

This video, originally posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), comes with a caption that serves as a stark reminder, “Please, always check the kitchen of weddings or the local food distribution system; don’t let it become a common sight. This is alarming.”
