India’s first AI school has been launched in Kerala, but contrary to speculation, it is not replacing human teachers with ChatGPT. Even as the school adapts to AI to create new learning experiences, the importance of traditional teaching human interaction remains crucial.
India has its first AI school and it is located in Kerala. As part of the revolutionary development, Santhigiri Vidyabhavan was started in the capital of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. President Ram Nath Kovind inaugurated the school on Tuesday.
If you think that the school will not have human teachers and ChatGPT will teach children in class, you should wait a little, because it is not yet. In this context, it means only educational institutions that use artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technology systems to enhance the learning experience of students. It involves integrating AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data analysis, into various areas of education, including curriculum design, personalized learning, research and student support.
According to the Mathrubhoomi report, the AI school is the result of a collaboration between iLearning Engines (ILE) USA and Vedhik eSchool. It seems as if a new academic season has now begun. The people who do this work are professionals like chief secretaries, DGPs and Vice Chancellors.
Vedhik eSchool claims that this new learning method, supported by artificial intelligence, will provide better learning. It follows global standards so that learning becomes more fun and not just happens during normal class hours. The things you learn are also in line with the national school qualification standards, which are based on the New National Education Policy (NEP 2020), guaranteeing that you will do well in your studies.
The AI School seeks to provide students with a technology-enhanced learning experience, providing resources and guidance that go beyond the traditional curriculum. It is a new approach to education that uses AI to improve learning outcomes and prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
