The two reportedly ordered two coffees and a hookah during the meeting. However, when the bill arrived, the man was shocked to see a total amount of ₹8,500. The post further claimed that the café staff allegedly surrounded the man while the woman left the venue.
The viral post alleged that additional items were deliberately added to inflate the bill and described the incident as a possible planned scam. It also advised users of dating apps to remain cautious when meeting strangers, recommending that people choose public meeting places, avoid isolated locations, and inform friends or family about their plans beforehand.
