Contrary to what some might think, there is no solid scientific explanation for this fascinating phenomenon. Instead, it is said to be the force of the wind in the area, which does enough to push the water up, defying gravity.

If you want to see this glory, you have to travel from Pune or take a three-hour drive from Mumbai. Also remember to wear warm clothes as it can get cold due to strong winds near the mountains. Walk about 4-5 kilometers to reach the destination. Bring an umbrella and snacks and water. The best time to visit this waterfall is during the rainy season because the waterfall only appears when the force of the wind is strong.
