A new hotel has hit the tourist circuit, offering you the chance to sleep under a Victorian quarry. If the stories are there, it offers an underground bed on the floor to have a deep sleep This hotel opened its doors 1,375 feet below the mountains of Snowdonia in Wales and is called Deep Sleep. It includes a private twin room and a “romantic” cave room with two beds, a bathroom and a dining area, and much more.
The restaurant describes itself as an ‘outpost adventure’ experience, which will only be open one night a week – Saturday night. The report adds that the guest experience will begin on Saturday evening at 5 p.m. and the head of Go Below is near the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, where the guides will help them reach the hotel.
Visitors will have to hike about 45 minutes into the mountains on a path that is steep in some places, but surrounded by beautiful views. They will stop at a chalet to pack a torch, helmet, Wellington boots and harness for their descent. After that, visitors will successfully go outside the world and enter the depths of the most abandoned and most abandoned slate in the world. Visitors will also have to walk through the mine, which was in operation from around 1810 to 1939. They must navigate dilapidated bridges and ancient mining ladders.
All the way, the guide will be offering you all of the historical information about the lives of the men and boys who worked in the mine en route. The descent to the hotel will likely take around an hour.
The guests will see a large steel door after some trekking, which will mark the end of the trip, and their entrance to the Deep Sleep room. There, they will find numerous small cabins with single beds, and various other amenities. Once you retire to your room, be ready for a deep sleep!
