It’s not the easiest thing to do, but we don’t see what’s in front of our eyes but rather what our brain chooses to pay attention to. There is even a term called “inadvertent blindness” – it’s when we don’t see something because we’re focused on something else. Who knows what awesome or interesting things we might see if not for that. Fortunately, our modern heroes not only saw, but also took pictures of the things that puzzled them.
