Shivamm called the encounter “one of the worst flight experiences” he experienced in a lengthy caption that went with the video. He clarified that he regularly takes the Delhi-Bangkok route and chose to fly Air India business class in order to compare it with Thai Airways, which he typically favors.
“I have learnt a lot about traveling over the past year as a 23-year-old single traveler living abroad, but this has to be one of the worst flight experiences of my life and definitely the most disappointing business class trip I have ever had,” he wrote.
He continued by saying that although the in-flight amenities were satisfactory in and of themselves, the way the issue was handled severely troubled him. Shivamm claims that a drunk traveler in the business class cabin exposed himself and peed on other travelers. He was even more startled when he said that the person left the area regularly after landing and that no obvious action was taken.
