As reported by India Today, Sagar Malhotra—a former banker and Cambridge graduate—left his stable, decade-long career to follow his passion. Despite having a strong professional background, he felt driven to build something of his own, and his love for food inspired him to launch this innovative venture.
Instead of following the traditional cooking method, he created a specialised machine that lets customers choose their spice level—mild, medium, or extra—with just the press of a button. It took him an entire year to build the machine. In addition to adjustable spices, it also offers different bread options, including whole wheat and classic maida bhaturas. The most remarkable part is that the machine can serve a fresh plate of chole in just 60 seconds.
