Megan Fox recently stepped back into the public eye for the first time since giving birth to her fourth child and taking a long break from the spotlight. Her return immediately set the internet buzzing, as fans quickly picked up on her noticeably transformed look.

Megan Fox is making headlines once again! Just seven months after welcoming her baby with Machine Gun Kelly, the 39-year-old actress is showing that confidence is always in fashion. She was seen leaving a Q&A session in Los Angeles, captivating onlookers in a nude-toned dress with a corset-style top and ruched skirt that beautifully accentuated her figure.

The event was held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures during a special screening of the cult classic Jennifer’s Body (2009) — the movie that played a major role in establishing Megan as a true Hollywood icon.

Although Jennifer’s Body received mixed reviews when it first premiered, it has since developed a huge fanbase — and rumors of a potential sequel have fans more excited than ever.
Megan had been keeping a low profile for quite some time — no public appearances, no social media posts — so her return instantly caught everyone’s attention. Fans flooded the internet with comments:
- As time goes by, she doesn’t age, but rather becomes more beautiful. She becomes more and more the most beautiful woman, she looks amazing!
- She clearly got a hip job….it is so obvious.
- Her waist is as tiny as ever. She has her hips and behind done. Plus maybe new implants and face fillers.
- She doesn’t look like herself at all.

Recently, Megan Fox chose to be completely transparent about the cosmetic procedures she has undergone — and those she hasn’t — earning praise from experts who say her honesty is a positive step forward.
“I’m just going to list everything I’ve had done because there’s so much stigma, and I can’t win,” Fox said, responding to the constant scrutiny of her body online, particularly from other women. “But I’m hoping this helps free some people.”
Experts emphasize that this level of openness from public figures matters. When celebrities speak honestly about their beauty treatments, they help challenge unrealistic beauty standards and encourage their audiences to develop a healthier, more confident perspective on their own bodies.

Megan shared that she had her first breast surgery at just “21 or 22,” sometime between filming the first and second Transformers movies, describing the procedure as a “very conservative” enhancement. Later, after she finished breastfeeding her children, she decided to have them “re-done.”
More recently, the actress revealed she underwent a third surgery to replace her implants due to rippling issues. Her current size, she confirmed, is a 32D.

Megan also set the record straight about the procedures she hasn’t had. “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind,” she clarified. “No mid-facelift, no lateral brow lift — although I would like one — and no regular brow lift.”
She added that she’s stayed away from thread lifts, explaining that she doesn’t trust their effectiveness and worries they could complicate things if she ever chooses a facelift later on.
The actress also revealed she’s never had her buccal fat removed, saying firmly, “I’ll never have any fat removed. I will only ever put fat in — I will never take fat out. Which leads me to: I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.”

When it comes to her nose, Megan admitted she had it done “in her early 20s,” despite rumors claiming she’d gone through “six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries.”
And while Megan has been open about having a few cosmetic procedures, she confessed that going under the knife is far from something she enjoys.
“I don’t like surgery. My body does not react well to general anesthesia,” she explained. “So when I go to have a surgery, it’s a very big deal… I’m very afraid of dying under general anesthesia. I don’t take surgery lightly. And therefore I have not had many of them.”
