The “Zero Cost of Living” home of an Indian couple

Recently, blogger couple Sangeeth Kavya (@lifeonroads__) posted reel on their Instagram account detailing how they maintain cost-free lifestyle. “We are the pair who were branded dumb for investing 60% of our savings to develop home which most people would find dirty,” Kavya said in the video. The intriguing thing is that there is no cost of living in our tiny house.

It may seem strange to imagine doing everyday tasks with no living expenses, but this Indian couple showed that it is doable. She described how they handle their daily schedule in the video. She says they grow their own rice and acquire veggies and fish from their small kitchen garden. Their sources of protein include cows and chickens, which give them milk and eggs.

The intriguing aspect is that all wet waste and cow manure are fed into the biogas plant in their sustainable home. They can avoid spending money on food or even cooking it by using these tactics. “Compost is tremendous source of nutrition for the entire house, and solar power provides power for the entire house and irrigation,” she continued. In order to continue developing our ideal home, we sell it for little profit if we have any spare.

They also have wooden box full of bees that supply them with clean honey, and they harvest mushrooms every 25 days.
